Some services are provided directly by Validate First, while others are coordinated through trusted third-party partners.
2. No Legal, Medical, or Financial Advice
Validate First does not provide legal, tax, medical, or financial advice.

Notary and document verification services do not include document drafting or legal interpretation.

Trademark, copyright, and business registration services are administrative and non-legal in nature.

Background checks, drug testing, and employment verification services are coordinated through third-party providers.

Loan processing support is administrative only; Validate First is not a lender, broker, or financial institution.
Clients are responsible for consulting licensed professionals when legal, medical, or financial advice is required.
3. Booking & Appointments

Appointments are required for all services.

Clients must provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking.

Valid government-issued identification is required for notarization and certain verification services.

Mobile services are subject to availability, service type, and location.
Validate First reserves the right to refuse or cancel services if eligibility requirements are not met.
4. Payments & Pricing

Some services have fixed pricing; others require a custom quote.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Government fees, third-party fees, and partner service fees are not included unless explicitly stated.

Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis as selected by the client.
All payments must be made in full prior to service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Memberships & Loyalty Programs
Memberships provide bundled access, priority scheduling, and discounted coordination services. Membership benefits:

Are non-transferable

Do not guarantee unlimited services
Loyalty or rewards programs are subject to change and may have limitations or exclusions.
6. Third-Party Providers
Certain services require coordination with third-party providers, including Consumer Reporting Agencies (CRAs), laboratories, payment processors, or government agencies.
By using these services, you acknowledge that:

7. Client Responsibilities

Comply with applicable laws and regulations
Validate First is not responsible for delays or service issues caused by incomplete or inaccurate information.
8. Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellation policies vary by service and will be disclosed at booking.

No-shows or late cancellations may result in fees.

Mobile service fees may be non-refundable once travel has commenced.
9. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the service type and stage of completion.

Completed services are non-refundable.

Administrative or coordination services may be partially refundable if canceled prior to processing.
