Validate First provides professional verification, coordination, and administrative services. Due to the nature of these services, this Refund Policy outlines when refunds may or may not be issued.

 

By booking, purchasing, or subscribing to any service, you agree to the terms below.

Payment Processing

All payments for services provided by Validate First are processed securely through Square.

 

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout via Square.

  • Refund processing times are determined by Square and the client’s financial institution.

  • Transaction or processing fees charged by Square are non-refundable, unless required by law.

  • Validate First does not control Square’s processing timelines or banking policies.

All services are subject to review prior to refund approval.

Completed services are non-refundable.

 

Refund eligibility depends on:

 

  • Service type

  • Stage of completion

  • Whether third-party partners or government agencies are involved

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once initiated or completed:

 

  • Notary services already performed

  • Power of Attorney notarization once completed

  • Loan signing services once documents are executed

  • Apostille or authentication assistance once submitted

  • Background check coordination once processing begins

  • Drug & alcohol testing coordination once scheduled or referred

  • Business registration filings once submitted

  • Trademark or copyright assistance once work begins

  • Website, branding, or design services once work begins

  • Any third-party, partner, or government fees

3. Appointment Cancellations

Before Service Begins

 

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before a scheduled appointment may be eligible for a refund, excluding non-refundable fees.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.

 

No-Shows

 

  • Missed appointments without notice are considered no-shows and are non-refundable.
