We travel to homes, offices, hospitals, courthouses, workplaces, rehab centers, and assisted living facilities. All mobile services include identity verification, document review, notarization, and confirmation of proper signing procedures. Perfect for urgent needs or clients who prefer the convenience of on-site service handled with care, professionalism, and strict confidentiality.
Cancellation Policy
Travel fee is non-refundable once the notary is en route. • Valid government-issued ID required. • Please have all documents filled out (except for signatures). Additional waiting time billed at $1 per minute after 10 min grace. • No-shows may be charged a $10 fee. • Rescheduling allowed up to 2 hours before the appointment. • Extra fees apply for printing, additional seals, or travel. • All signers must be mentally coherent and willing. • Bring valid ID for each signer. • Documents must be completed (not signed). • Hospital or facility ID check required for bedside signings. • Address must be accurate; appointments may be canceled if unsafe or inaccessible.
