Cancellation Policy

Travel fee is non-refundable once the notary is en route. • Valid government-issued ID required. • Please have all documents filled out (except for signatures). Additional waiting time billed at $1 per minute after 10 min grace. • No-shows may be charged a $10 fee. • Rescheduling allowed up to 2 hours before the appointment. • Extra fees apply for printing, additional seals, or travel. • All signers must be mentally coherent and willing. • Bring valid ID for each signer. • Documents must be completed (not signed). • Hospital or facility ID check required for bedside signings. • Address must be accurate; appointments may be canceled if unsafe or inaccessible.
