Validate First is expanding into full-service Loan Processing, offering detailed, accurate support for mortgage and real estate professionals. This service will include file intake, application review, VOE requests, file updates, conditions gathering, lender submissions, communication with title, and coordination between all parties involved in a real estate transaction. As a certified loan processor (coming soon after licensing), I will manage document verification, ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines, track conditions, review disclosures, and help push loans from application to closing with efficiency and precision. Ideal for mortgage brokers, real estate agents, investors, lenders, and borrowers who need a dedicated loan professional ensuring files stay compliant, complete, and ready for underwriting approval.
Cancellation Policy
Travel fee is non-refundable once the notary is en route. • Valid government-issued ID required. • Please have all documents filled out (except for signatures). Additional waiting time billed at $1 per minute after 10 min grace. • No-shows may be charged a $10 fee. • Rescheduling allowed up to 2 hours before the appointment. • Extra fees apply for printing, additional seals, or travel. • All signers must be mentally coherent and willing. • Bring valid ID for each signer. • Documents must be completed (not signed). • Hospital or facility ID check required for bedside signings. • Address must be accurate; appointments may be canceled if unsafe or inaccessible.
